What we do

Every robot and every factory line breaks, and today a human with a laptop fixes it. We're building the software that lets the machine find the cause and fix itself. Part of it is open source: ros2_medkit ships in the official ROS 2 distribution and robot makers build on it. The rest is what our customers pay for.

Robotics is moving from demos to production. The next ten years put millions of robots into plants, warehouses and homes, and every one of them will fail sometimes. Cars have had a standard diagnostics port for thirty years. Robots have nothing like it, and we are building exactly that: open at the bottom, paid at the top, and early enough to become the standard every humanoid, every fleet and every automated plant runs on.

The role

From the first conversation with an engineering lead to a signed pilot and a contract, and partnerships with the integrators who bring us into factories. You work directly with founders, you get the full picture on day one, and the way you do it becomes the way the next hires do it.

You

  • You've sold technical products to engineers.
  • You've taken pilots to contracts yourself.
  • You've built a sales process at an early-stage company.
  • You're at home in a robot lab and on a factory floor.
  • Fluent English. German helps.

How we work

The founders come from automotive diagnostics and factory floors. Small team, no managers, no weekly task list. We say what we think and we fix what's broken.

The offer

  • EUR 5,000-8,000 a month, excl. VAT, on a B2B contract, full time.
  • Commission on every paid pilot and contract, paid when the customer pays.
  • 1-2% equity.
  • Remote from Poland, Europe or United States, at least 4 hours of overlap with CET.
  • Start as soon as you can.
