- Technical consultation and integration support
Pilot Program Terms
Our 6-week pilot program includes:
- Pricing: $9,000 flat fee for up to 250 robots
- Money-back guarantee: If MTTR doesn't improve by ≥20%, you don't pay
- Support: White-glove integration and weekly check-ins
- Deliverables: MTTR baseline measurement and custom reduction plan
Data and Privacy
Regarding your robotics data:
- You retain ownership of all your robotics telemetry and operational data
- We process data solely to provide diagnostic and maintenance services
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- We maintain enterprise-grade security standards
- Data deletion available upon request after service termination
